Calling For Free Readings

A listener was on the phone recently,  excited that they had finally been called for their free reading from one of our fantastic psychic radio show hosts.  We could hear the giddiness in her voice.  But it was more than giddiness.  It was borderline intrusive to the point where we second-guessed whether she could speak well enough to be understood.  “Are you OK?  You sound nervous, ” our producer, Dave, interjected.  “I have been waiting for six weeks!  I have to pinch myself.  I can’t believe I am really getting to do this!” 

Callers who don’t understand our systems have the toughest time getting through to our hosts.  Hopefully, this article will clear up some easy to understand challenges.

Information about A1R Psychic Radio caller processes:

-A1R broadcasts four different broadcast services for our audience.  Live Radio, Live Video, Podcast Audio & Archived Video.

– Each of those services are actually their own network.  For instance, just broadcasting live video send our TV screen to dozens of websites & profiles (YouTube, Periscope, Twitch, etc.)  Broadcast A1R Psychic Radio Networks alone sends our shows to Alexa, over 100 “tuners” and services, web directories and more.

-People who are interested in a free psychic, medium, astrology or tarot reading will come to us from all of those places.  

-We have 16 studio lines that are always blinking with incoming callers.

-We can only put one caller on the air at a time for a free reading.

So, you can see, after 11+ years of broadcasting, we do get very busy on show night.

Do that mean you should give up hope?  No.  You just need to understand the system a little better.  Here’s how it works.

-We take calls from all & any listener who requests a free reading.  All callers must be over the age of 18.  The must not call from locations/jurisdictions where we are prohibited and must understand that all readings are for entertainment purposes only.

-Listeners are placed on a nightly “call-back” list in the order in which they are received.  There is no cutting line or paid placement.  It is what it is.  Fair to all.

-The list is destroyed at the end of each broadcast.  Callback lists start from zero before every broadcast.

Important things to know:

-Be sure you are talking on a handset only.  Not only do we not allow speakerphones, hands-free or headset calls, we have a system that evaluates the connections of our callers and will “auto-ban” phone numbers/callers who sound bad.  It’s very good at sensing speakerphones & headsets.  It will ban you if you sound bad when connected.  Our organization is serious about good sounding phone calls.  You should be on our side.  There is no reason to do a reading if our host cannot hear/understand you.  Help us help you.  

-If you put your name on our callback list and do not answer the phone when we call, you/your number will get banned.  Why?  During a live broadcast, we rely on our callers to be there as we call them back from a very fast paced broadcast control room.  We give every caller the benefit of two calls, at our expense & before hundreds of other callers who want readings, to be as fair as possible.  However, missing our call slows the entire broadcast down and prevents another caller from having all the time they deserve to ask their question.  

-When speaking with our hosts, be sure to speak right into your phone’s microphone.  It’s important for the host to understand you.

-Afterward, if you’d like to post positive feedback about your experience, it is recommended.

Tips:

If you need your reading, there are a couple of things you can do.

-Share our live video early, as soon as it launches, and quickly contact us to let us know you want to be on the callback list.  The earlier the better.  (Hint: Our live video launches three minute before each broadcast.)  Keep in mind that you are not on the callback list until we notify you that you have been added.  

-Keep at it.  If you don’t get in on the first broadcast, try the next.  Odds are great that you will get in.  Some of our loyal listeners have had a few readings.  You can too.  Everyone is welcome.

-If you need immediate help and absolutely cannot wait, click here, pick your favorite host, scroll to the bottom of their page and click on their website.  Contact them there and schedule a paid reading.  It might get you read faster than waiting in line.  Keep in mind, as top tier psychics, most of our hosts have busy schedules and may not be able to shuffle things for an instant paid reading, but some may.  Your reading through them may have to be paid, but you enjoy the advantage of sometimes getting it faster, when you want it. 

So, as you can see, it really does get very busy during shows.  You may get lucky and get in on your first try… or you might have to put your name on our callback list a few times.  Either way, know that we are rooting for you and hope you get through.  We really want to help as many people as we can.  We can feel you.  Your challenges are our challenges.   Please don’t give up.
