End User License Agreement (EULA)

End-User License Agreement for A1R Psychic Radio

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the mentioned producer (A1R Psychic Radio & Quality Radio Partners) of this radio station and free reading provider for all broadcasts, podcasts & archived shows, which includes digital products, videos, audio, software, virtual & future mass media products and may include associated printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation (“broadcast”).

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the broadcast, you agree to be bounded by the terms of this EULA.

If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the broadcast.

AGREEMENT

a) A1R Psychic Radio is being distributed, for free, for personal, commercial use, non-profit organization, educational purpose. It is delivered as is and sharing and re-distribution is permitted, however, a link to our site must be included with any display of our broadcasts and the broadcast must be presented without modification, in it’s entirety. You are NOT allowed to make a charge to the broadcast in any way, (either for profit or merely to recover your media and distribution costs) whether as a stand-alone product, or as part of a compilation or anthology, nor to use it for supporting your business or customers (without prior written approval of A1R Psychic Radio). It may be distributed freely on any website or through any other distribution mechanism, as long as no part of it is changed in any way.

b) Moonstruck TV, another broadcaster provider, is also covered under these terms.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
This EULA grants you the following rights: Installation of any apps or stream receiving device and Use as a listener, a show caller or both. You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the broadcast.  Each use agrees that all content is for entertainment purposes only and must be void where prohibited.

Reproduction and Distribution. You may reproduce and distribute an unlimited number of copies of the broadcast; provided that each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all copyright and trademark notices, a link to ask1radio.com and shall be accompanied by a copy of this EULA.

Copies of the broadcast may be distributed as a standalone product or included with your own product as long as the broadcast is not sold or included in a product or package that intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of the broadcast.

The broadcast may be included in any free or non-profit packages or products.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, Disassembly, Audio & Video Editing, Signal Processing and change (add,delete or modify) the resources in the final A1R Psychic Radio production. You may not edit, process, alter, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the broadcast, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation and prior permission is obtained from A1R Psychic Radio.

Separation of Components.
The broadcast is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on one or more than one computer, device, editing station or DAW.

Permission for Transfer.
You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.

Termination.
Without prejudice to any other rights, the producer of this broadcast may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the broadcast and all of its component parts.

3. COPYRIGHT.
All title and copyrights in and to the broadcast (including but not limited to any audio, video, images, photographs, clip-art, libraries, and examples incorporated into the broadcast or outside media promotion thereof), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the broadcast are owned by the producer of this broadcast. The broadcast is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the broadcast like any other copyrighted material.

LIMITED WARRANTY

NO WARRANTIES.
The producer of this broadcast expressly disclaims any warranty for the broadcast. The broadcast and any related documentation is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchant-ability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the broadcast remains with you.

In no event shall the producer of this broadcast be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of personal or business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the producer of this broadcast is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.
